Can MUTU help my back pain?

Postpartum back pain is a very common issue that mamas experience. 

Reduced activity during pregnancy, strain from our growing bump and even unusual positions we get into when we're feeding our baby, can all contribute to this.. but at the top of this list is a weak an unstable core.  Our core's job is to stabilise and support our whole body, so when it's weak, other parts of our body pick up the work to compensate. The result? Lower back pain.
