How long will my MUTU Kit Bag take to arrive?

Please be aware that health and safety measures implemented in our warehouses due to Coronavirus Covid-19 means that order processing times will take longer than normal. We thank you for your kind patience and understanding.

Delivery within the US

Parcels are sent out from within the United States, via FedEx Smart Post, or USPS if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii and the Northern Pacific Territories or have an FPO, APO or DPO Armed Forced address. 

On average you will receive your kit bag within around 3-7 business days depending upon which State you live in, but please allow up to 14 business days* (excluding public holidays) for your kit bag to arrive.  

Delivery within the UK & Channel Islands

Kit Bags are sent out from within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail and you can normally expect these to arrive withing 3-7 working days (excluding bank holidays).

Due to current disruption throughout International postal systems, we have temporarily suspended deliveries to all destinations outside the UK and the USA, with effect from 2 April 2020.
Even if you are not able to buy one of our MUTU kit bags right now, you can still follow your MUTU program with items around the home! Check out our YouTube video here for information.
