Is MUTU suitable for women who have not had kids, for men or children?
Yes, the exercises in MUTU will help you. Everyone has the same abdominal muscles, everyone has a pelvic floor… However, the program is designed for the needs of the postpartum woman so you will find much of the context irrelevant.
MUTU offers a holistic, whole body approach and the program teaches you how to assess your core strength and degree of abdominal separation, which exercises to avoid and why. If you accept that there will be parts of the program that don’t apply to you, then by all means join us!
